The Kanken backpack comes with an adjustable, foam pad in the back panel that provides additional comfort without adding any weight. The foam pad can also be removed and used as a seat cushion if necessary. While the Kanken doesn't have a designated compartment for a laptop, it can hold a tablet, Chromebook, or smaller electronic devices.
