* 예선에서 대학대회 우승팀,준우승팀과 내셔널리그 신생팀<ref>[[김해시청]],[[천안시청]]</ref>,  K3리그 1~5위팀, 코니그린컵 1~3위팀,하나은행장컵 전국직장인대회 우승팀등이 예선에 참가하며 본선부터 예선을 통과한 4개팀과 K리그 12개팀,내셔널리그 12개팀이 참가하는 본선 토너먼트로 우승을 가린다.
